Three MCAN chapters receive small grants for community work.

Three MCAN chapters will receive small grants for community work beginning this spring:
- The Boston Climate Action Network, to advance membership recruitment for the LoCaL program to new neighborhoods including the North End and Chinatown.
- Cape Ann Energy, to promote its "20/20 by 2012" Community Challenge.
- "Green for a Change" in Great Barrington, for its educational awareness campaign to use cloth bags instead of plastic.
